General information:

The price includes final cleaning. If requested we offer maid service which is a weekly cleaning and linen change for an additional charge of 30€ each cleaning.

A cot, a highchair and a children’s buggy are available on request without additional costs. Small pets are allowed in apartment Sevilla.

We will provide you on request with a mobile phone with a Spanish SIM card for more economic calls without additional costs (just your calls).

The prices refer to 1-2 persons. For more persons please add 30€ to the weekly price or 10€ to the daily price.

At Christmas, Semana Santa (Holy Easter week) and Feria we charge 60€ more for one week.

Minimum stay is 3 days. The apartment Sevilla we rent for a long term stay (at least 2 months) for 800€ to 1200€ a month, depending on season.

Ask for a special discount for early booking!

A 10% deposit is required on booking and full settlement cash at arrival. Cancellations are accepted up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, return 100% with deductions for bank fees. 2-3 weeks prior to arrival, return 50% minus bank fees. 1 week prior to arrival 20% minus bank fees. Later cancellations 0%.

Payment should be made by bank transfer, details of which will be sent by e-mail.
